Who we are

FitCore is provided by SpaceCore Web Ltd ("we", "us"), 36 Deans Lane, Sandbach, Cheshire, England. Contact us at contact@spacecor.es. By using FitCore you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Using FitCore

FitCore is a workout and nutrition tracker. You can use it without an account; an account is needed for sync, FitCore Premium and personal trainer features. You must be 13 or over. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Don't misuse FitCore: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Health and fitness

FitCore gives general fitness and nutrition information, including suggestions for weights, reps and calorie targets. It is not medical advice and isn't a medical device. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Your content

What you log is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide FitCore to you (and, if you choose, to share it with your trainer). You can export or delete it at any time.

Changes and availability

We work to keep FitCore available and your data safe, but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may change features; if we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid subscription includes, we'll tell you in advance. We may update these terms and will tell you in the app if a change is significant.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
