Delete your FitCore account

You can delete your FitCore account and all the data synced to it at any time.

In the app (quickest)

  1. Open FitCore and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
  3. Choose whether to keep the data that's on your phone or erase it too.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email contact@spacecor.es from the email address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What's deleted

Deleted straight away: your account (email, sign-in details) and everything synced to it: workouts, plans and programmes, custom exercises and foods, food log, goals, weigh-ins, measurements, phases, supplements, water and settings, and any links, messages and check-ins with personal trainers (they lose access straight away).

Removed within 30 days: copies held in our database provider's encrypted backups, as those backups expire.

Not affected: data on your phone, if you choose to keep it (it stays there until you erase it or uninstall the app), and progress photos on your phone. Any photos you shared with a trainer are deleted from our storage when you delete your account in the app; if you ask us by email instead, we delete them too.

Crash reports are anonymous and aren't linked to your account, so there's nothing in them to delete. See the privacy policy for details.
